Jo Nitsch has 20 years extensive musculoskeletal experience and a master's degree in sports science. As an ex-Great Britain international rower and double World Champion, Jo brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective. She was the athletes' representative to the British Olympic Association physiotherapy committee and has worked closely with world class athletes.
Jo recently helped provide the physiotherapy service for Henley Royal Regatta and Women's Henley Regatta. Jo is trained in acupuncture (AACP), modified and clinical Pilates, dynamic stability training for return to work and sport, physiotherapy and exercise in the childbearing year and thereafter, diastasis management and treatment, pelvic girdle pain and urinary incontinence management and treatment.
Jo has a special interest in women's health which includes urinary incontinence as well as sports rehabilitation and return to sport.
